Meet the Team

At St Paul’s CE Academy Nursery we recognise that the people your child meets within their early years has a great influence on them. That is why we take our time ensuring staff are qualified and continue their professional development in order to give your child the best start in life. Our staff are passionate about working with children and their families as well as continuing to strengthen our close partnerships with outside agencies to provide a stable, trusting and caring environment for your child to be in.

All our practitioners (who are key people) are also Paediatric First Aid trained and the Nursery Manager is qualified to administer medication, in her absence there are other qualified staff in the Academy. We have regular staff training as an Early Years Village as well as ongoing nursery training. Within the Rabbits area all 2 year olds are on a 1:4 ratio, in Badgers all 3-4 year olds are on a 1:8 ratio.

Our staff take pride in creating a welcoming and caring environment where individual needs are supported. Our staff know that communication is fundamental, taking the time to listen and give advice.
